Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), also referred to as our Terms and Conditions, govern your access to and use of the Eisy Myanmar platform at eisymyanmar.com and related applications, including virtual card services (including programmes that may be supported by Stripe Issuing or other licensed card partners), USDT wallet features, USDT/MMK peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace services, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, completing registration (including acceptance of these Terms), or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About the platform operator

The Service is operated by Eisy Myanmar. For contractual and support enquiries, contact support@eisymyanmar.com.

These Terms are intended to reflect UK good-practice standards for consumer-facing digital financial platforms. Where local laws in your place of residence provide mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights prevail.

2. Eligibility & account registration

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information.
• You must verify your email (OTP) and accept these Terms before an account is created.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, security PIN, biometric settings, and devices.
• One natural person or entity should maintain only one primary account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration where required for compliance, fraud prevention, or partner policy.

3. Virtual cards & Stripe Issuing programmes

Virtual cards made available through the Service may be issued under card programmes operated with regulated partners (including, where applicable, Stripe Issuing and/or other programme managers or BIN sponsors such as Kripicard). Card availability, BINs, spending limits, authorisations, funding, card status, and dispute handling may depend on the relevant partner’s rules, scheme rules (e.g. Visa/Mastercard), and applicable law.

• Card issuance and reload fees (including any platform markup shown in-app) apply at confirmation.
• You must use cards only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and partner acceptable-use policies.
• We and/or our partners may decline, reverse, freeze, or cancel cards or transactions for compliance, sanctions, fraud, chargeback risk, or programme policy reasons.
• You remain responsible for card credentials (PAN/CVV/expiry) and for monitoring your card activity.

4. USDT wallet, deposits & withdrawals

Platform wallet balances are denominated in USDT. On-chain deposits and withdrawals (including TRC20) are subject to network fees, minimums, confirmations, processing times, and risk screening. Always verify the deposit address and network before sending funds. Transfers to an incorrect address or network may be irreversible, and we are not obliged to recover them.

5. USDT / MMK P2P marketplace

The P2P marketplace enables users to advertise and complete USDT↔MMK trades subject to escrow, KYC, order rules, and dispute procedures shown in the Service.

• KYC verification may be required before posting ads or placing P2P orders.
• Escrowed USDT is held according to order status and may be released, refunded, or held pending dispute review.
• You must honour advertised rates, payment methods, and time windows; false proofs or abusive conduct may result in account limits.
• Eisy Myanmar provides the marketplace and escrow tooling; we are not a party to the underlying MMK bank/mobile-money transfer between users unless expressly stated.
• Admin dispute resolution (including force-release or escrow refund) is final for platform ledger purposes, without prejudice to any rights you may have under mandatory law.

6. Fees

Applicable fees (card issuance, reloads, deposits, withdrawals, P2P trading fees, and other service charges) are displayed in the Service before you confirm a transaction. We may update fees; material changes will be reflected in-product.

7. User responsibilities

• Provide true, complete, and up-to-date identity and contact information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, sanctions regimes, and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• Do not share accounts, sell access, or circumvent security or KYC controls.
• Promptly report unauthorised access, lost devices, or suspected fraud to support@eisymyanmar.com.

8. Prohibited use

• Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or tax evasion
• Unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the Service
• Using cards, wallets, or P2P for illegal goods/services or prohibited high-risk categories under partner policies
• Providing false KYC documents or payment proofs
• Any activity that harms other users, payment partners, or the integrity of the platform

9. Compliance, KYC & monitoring

We may request identity verification (including Myanmar passport or other government ID), source-of-funds information, and additional checks. We may freeze, limit, or close accounts where required by law, risk controls, Stripe Issuing / card-partner requirements, or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity.

10. Availability & liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eisy Myanmar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; partner or blockchain outages; network congestion; FX/rate movements; or losses caused by user error (including wrong addresses, wrong networks, or credential disclosure). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK or other mandatory law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, security risk, or partner mandate. Outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our support process.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is current. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory notice or consent is required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
